The only salad green left in the garden that has not succumbed to the heat is the arugula. I cut it this morning, took it home and started cleaning.

I will eat the salad I make with this super fresh arugula with a simple homemade oil and vinegar dressing. In this case, simple is better. The blue bowl holds the stems and the bug chewed leaves, which my bunnies will still find delightful. Not much goes to waste around here. Do you like arugula?
