Our oregano winter ed over from last year, and it is a monster of a plant. I needed some for making sauce the other day, so cut enough for drying, as I failed to do so last year.
I had the dehydrator full. It dried nicely overnight. I was able to easily separate the leaves from the stems once they were dry, and with a bit of encouragement, managed to fit it all into a quart Mason jar. That should last me awhile. Keeping things tasty here, while I make life DIY!
